I ended up going with a ballet flat because  I wanted to be comfortable throughout the day. I ordered these through my dress shop. They are from the the Dessy Group and are dyeable.

We bought our rings from J.B. Robinsons. I wanted something simple to go with my cathedral set engagement ring.
